Op vrijdag 24 maart 2023 publiceerde de Federale Overheidsdienst van Volksgezondheid een Koninklijk Besluit dat de verkoop van nicotinezakjes verbiedt. Vanaf 1 oktober 2023 is de verkoop van alle nicotinezakjes, inclusief Velo, verboden in België.

Vendredi le 24 mars 2023, le Service publique fédéral de la Santé publique a publié son arrêté royal interdisant la vente des sachets de nicotine.
