Rewards - Terms and Conditions

Age and residency: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only.
Existing nicotine user requirement: Participation is limited to existing adult nicotine users; the programme must not be positioned or used as a recruitment or acquisition mechanic for new nicotine users.
Account limit: Limited to one MyVelo Rewards account per person. Multiple accounts, or entries made using false or duplicated details, will be disqualified.
Employee and agency exclusion: Employees of British American Tobacco (UK) Limited, its group companies, and any agencies or suppliers directly involved in the administration of MyVelo Rewards, along with their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.
No transfer of points or entries: Points, digital rewards and prize draw entries are non-transferable and must not be sold, exchanged or transferred between accounts.
Right to disqualify: BAT reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to circumvent these terms, uses automated entry methods, or otherwise acts in bad faith.

Points-for-reward mechanic: Points are exchanged for a specified digital reward at the point value stated at the time of redemption. Once redeemed, points are deducted and cannot be reinstated.
No cash alternative: Digital rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
Third-party provider disclaimer: Digital rewards are provided and fulfilled by third-party partners. BAT accepts no responsibility for the quality, availability or delivery of goods or services provided by these third parties, to the extent permitted by law.
Validity and expiry: Each digital reward has a defined validity or expiry period, stated at the point of redemption. Rewards not used within this period will expire and cannot be reissued.
Substitution: BAT reserves the right to substitute any digital reward with one of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.

Entry mechanic: Points may be exchanged for one or more chances to win. There is no cap on the number of paid entries an individual may submit.
Draw period: Each prize draw will state a clear opening and closing date and time. Entries received outside this window will not be counted.
Winner selection: Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries (points-based and free entry route combined) after the draw closes.
Winner notification and claim period: Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at registration and must respond within the stated claim period (e.g. 14 days). Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.
No cash alternative and substitution: There is no cash alternative for any prize. BAT reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Number of prizes: No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded per draw. BAT reserves the right to award fewer prizes than stated if there are an insufficient number of valid entries.
Tax responsibility: Winners are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from acceptance of a prize.

Right to amend, suspend or cancel: BAT reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue MyVelo Rewards, or any element of it (including specific rewards or draws), at its discretion, with changes effective once published on the site.
Errors and omissions: BAT reserves the right to correct any typographical, clerical or administrative errors appearing in prize draw or reward materials, including erroneous indications that a prize has been won.
Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAT is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in MyVelo Rewards or from the acceptance or use of any reward or prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Data protection: Personal data collected through MyVelo Rewards will be handled in accordance with BAT's Privacy Policy.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
