Signing Up For Subscription
How do I sign up for auto-ship or subscription orders?

You can sign-up to have future shipments of selected VELO products auto-shipped to you. You can select the product mix and quantity on the product detail page or on the check-out page.

Changing Your Subscription
Can I change my auto-ship or subscription frequency?

As of March 2021, all new auto-shipments and tiered subscriptions are set for monthly delivery. If you had auto-ship setup prior to the launch of our new tiered subscription program, your previous delivery frequency will remain valid until there is a change to your auto-ship or subscription. Any changes to legacy auto-ship or subscriptions will be converted to monthly deliveries going forward. Please note that auto-ship or subscription orders cannot be changed within 48 hours of a scheduled auto-shipment.

Can I change my auto-ship or subscription delivery date?

Yes. Go to My Account and select Subscription. The next delivery date for your auto-ship or subscription delivery can be changed using the Next Ship Date calendar. Click on the calendar icon to adjust to the date of your choice. Please note that subscription orders cannot be changed within 48 hours of a scheduled shipment date.

Can I change quantities in my auto-ship or subscription order?

You can change your scheduled auto-shipments online, 24 hours a day. Go to My Account and select Subscription to manage your orders. Please note that subscription orders cannot be changed within 48 hours of a scheduled shipment date.

Can I cancel my auto-ship or subscription order?

You can cancel your scheduled subscription online, 24 hours a day. Go to My Account and select Subscription to manage your orders. Please note that subscription orders cannot be changed within 48 hours of a scheduled shipment date. Paying For Your Subscription
What payment method will be charged for my auto-ship or subscription order?

The payment method you selected when you setup the auto-ship will be charged when each subsequent order is shipped. You can change the payment method by visiting My Account and select Subscription. Please note that your payment method cannot be changed within 48 hours of a scheduled shipment date.

When will I be charged for my auto-ship or subscription order?

You'll be charged for each order when the item is shipped. For monthly auto-shipments or subscriptions, subsequent orders will be processed on the same calendar date each month. However, if your original order is placed on a calendar date that does not occur each month (e.g. March 31), then your subsequent orders will be processed on the 1st of the following month (e.g. May 1). For legacy bi-weekly auto-shipments or subscriptions, subsequent orders will be processed for shipment every 14 days.

The amount charged will reflect the price of the item on the day the order is processed less any applicable recurring delivery discount, plus any applicable tax.

What happens if my payment method fails?

If payment for a subscription order fails or is not accepted for any reason, the order will be placed “on hold” until such time as payment is made by you. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to terminate your participation in the auto-ship program if an order remains on hold.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each auto-ship or subscription order.
