If you experience this issue, here are some optional next steps:

  1. Verify that the selected retailer accepts mobile coupons
  2. Ask the retailer to enter the UPC numbers below the UPC code
  3. Refresh the site/app by placing finger on top of screen and pulling down
  4. Check data connection – turn data off and back on
  5. If connected to Wi-Fi , connect to your own data plan
  6. Turn off all location services and turn them back on

 

What do I do if the retailer I selected will not accept my mobile coupon(s)?

Verify that the retailer accepts the coupon, prior to selecting “redeem now”. Retailers are not required to accept mobile coupons even if listed under choose a store.
