For pouch beginners, we always recommend a low to medium nicotine intensity - i.e., Smooth (1-2 dots) or Balanced (2-4 dots). Even if you are already used to nicotine from cigarettes or vaping, the nicotine intensity is not comparable to VELO - because the experience is simply different. So, it's better to start small and gradually work your way up to know what suits you best!

You're already an experienced user? Then go for it! But keep in mind: We only recommend our Intense cans with a high nicotine intensity (4-6 dots) to VELO experienced users.

How to use Velo

STEP 1 - POP

To open your VELO, pop off the lid using the guidelines on the can.

STEP 2 - TUCK

Take out a single pouch and tuck it between your upper lip and gum. There’s no right way to wangle it, so find what’s best for you.

STEP 3 - FEEL

First, you’ll feel a little tingle. But you’ll get used to that bit, it’s VELO woking.
