1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions for Starter Kit (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") apply to the Starter Kit
program implemented on the website www.velo.com/ch (hereinafter "Website").
The Website is operated by British American Tobacco Switzerland SA, Route de France 17, 2926 Boncourt
(hereinafter "BAT" or "we" or "us").
We reserve the right to amend and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Terms and Conditions
that are in force at the moment of your interaction with the Starter Kit are applicable. It is your
responsibility to regularly check the General Terms and Conditions.
BAT reserves the right to change the range of Products offered in the Starter Kit program at any time or
permanently withdraw certain Products from the Starter Kit program.
In the event of any differences between the German, French and English versions of the Terms and Conditions,
the English version will take precedence.
2. STARTER KIT
BAT reserves the right to change the rules and functionality of the Starter Kit program at any time.
Starter Kit program is reserved exclusively for to tobacco and/ or nicotine consumers over 18 years and who
are residents in Switzerland and who have registered on www.velo.com/ch. The
indicated delivery address must
be in Switzerland.
To take advantage of the Starter Kit program, the user must register on the Website and create a user
account. Information on registering the user account can be found in the Terms of Use.
The “Starter Kit” is limited to one order of one tin of the VELO range per consumer registered on this
Website (subject to terms and conditions; within the limits of the available stock).
This is single order of one tin is for personal usage and is therefore not intended for sale. This product
is not permitted to be resold or to be used for any form of transaction involving valuable consideration.
Moreover, it is exclusively intended for the personal consumption of the consumer who ordered it, who is
registered on www.velo.com/ch, following a verification of his or her
identity, as an adult and a consumer
of tobacco and/or nicotine. The consumer who ordered it will be the sole responsible for ensuring that the
Products are not acquired or used by minors under 18 years old.
In case of any doubt of the real identity of the consumer, or in case of abuse or attempted deception, we
reserve the right to exclude the consumer from the participation in the Starter Kit program as well their
database. It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that their personal information is truthful and
does not violate any applicable law.
3. TERMS OF USE AND DATA PRIVACY
The access to and use of the Website is governed by the Terms of Use. The Terms of Use are

4. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Warranty and liability as well as delivery for the Starter Kit products are governed by the Terms

The place of jurisdiction is the user's place of residence, which must be in Switzerland.
