By providing or consenting to the provision of your information and personal data through this Service, you consent to Bentoel processing your personal data, including obtaining, collecting, analyzing, using, storing, transferring, and disclosing it to Bentoel affiliates and third parties that cooperate with Bentoel, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you are advised not to provide or consent to the provision of your information and personal data through this Services.

Any information and personal data collected through this Services may also be subject to the policies and terms applicable to the social networking platform you choose to connect with the Services. If you access the Services and grant permission to connect and interact with a social network, you consent to Bentoel, its affiliates, and third parties cooperating with Bentoel to use the email address and other personal information held by such social networking platform to identify you. You also authorize us to assist your contacts on such platform in finding you so that you may participate and interact together through the Services. This is intended to enhance your experience in using the Services, as well as the experience of other users accessing the Services through such social network. When you access the Services, Bentoel may request your information and personal data, including but not limited to your name, address, email address, date, month and year of birth, Identity Card (KTP) number and/or other personal information and data. Such information and personal data are used to verify and ensure that you are 21 (twenty-one) years or over.

    3. Bentoel will not knowingly collect information and personal data from individuals under 21 (twenty-one) years. If it becomes known that an individual under 21 (twenty-one) years has provided, uploaded, or submitted information and personal data through this Services, such information and personal data will be deleted immediately.     1.     4. Bentoel may share your information and personal data with Bentoel affiliates and third parties cooperating with Bentoel and its affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

    1. Bentoel will endeavor to maintain your information and personal data in an accurate, complete and up-to-date manner. You have the right to obtain a copy of the information about you held by Bentoel and/or request that Bentoel not process your information and personal data or not disclose your information and personal data to third parties, to the extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

      1. obtain access to your personal data, and to rectify, update, and/or complete your personal data without disrupting the personal data management system administered by Bentoel or other parties, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations;

      3. request the deletion or destruction of your personal data managed by Bentoel, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations;

    Bentoel implements appropriate administrative, organizational, and technical measures to protect your personal information and data against loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure of the information and data that you provide through this Services. Third parties cooperating with Bentoel that require access to your information and personal data are also required to implement appropriate organizational and technical security measures to protect such information and personal data.
