VELO x Tomorrowland Winter Experience Event Prize Draw 2026 - Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the VELO x Tomorrowland Winter Experience Event Prize Draw 2026 (the “Promotion”) (the “Terms”).
1. The Promoter of this Promotion is British American Tobacco (UK) Limited, Building 7, Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YG (“BAT”). By entering this Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Promotion is only open to entries from (i) residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland); (ii) who are aged 18 and over; and (iii) current nicotine users.
3. The following are not eligible to participate:
(a) employees of BAT or of any British American Tobacco plc group company; or
(b) employees or any other persons involved or assisting with this Prize Draw or otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration (including but not limited to, any person responsible for redemption of prizes or for supplying prizes for the Promotion).
4. The Promotion opens at 20:00 on 13th February 2026 and closes at 23:45 on 13th February 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). There will be one (1) prize draw which will take place on 14th February 2026 at 00:00 and one (1) winner will be selected in accordance with the process described in paragraph 12 (the “Prize Draw”).
5. Entries to the Prize Draw can only be made by attending the Velo x Lab54 Winter Party Warm Up on 13th February 2026 in Shoreditch (the “Event”)
(a) To enter the prize draw entrants must:
i. Be following @velo.unitedkingdom on Instagram;
ii. Post a picture on stories or grid from the event and tag @velo.unitedkingdom on Instagram;
iii. Be present for the live prize draw at the Event to win.
6. The Prize Draw is limited to one (1) entry per person. For avoidance of doubt, multiple entries are not permitted. No purchase is necessary and the Promotion is free to enter.
7. BAT reserves the right to validate any claim and may ask for proof of identity and/or age of any entrant at any point. BAT accepts no liability for any delays to or prevention of an entrant from participating in the Promotion by exercising its right to validate the identity and/or address and/or age of an entrant.
8. All entries must be made directly by the person entering a relevant Promotion. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified. BAT is not responsible for changes in entrants' details. This includes: Instagram handle, email address, phone number after entering the Prize Draw.
9.1 There will be one (1) prize which includes:
(a) A 4 night stay (double room only) at the Grandes Rousses, Alpe D-Huez, France (or similar hotel); between 24th March 2026 to 28th March 2026.
(b) Two (2) General Admission tickets for the winner and a guest (who must be age 18+ and an existing nicotine user) granting 3-day access to Tomorrowland Winter 2026 on 25th March to 27th March 2026 (inclusive).
(c) Return Transfer to and from Grenoble Airport OR Lyon Airport by shared coach.
(d) Return economy class flights to Grenoble OR Lyon from a major UK airport (only includes: Heathrow Airport, Manchester Airport, Birmingham Airport or Edinburgh Airport). Flights from other UK airports are not included. The Promoter will determine the departure airport based on availability and convenience at the Promoters discretion. (the “Prize”)
9.2 The Prize excludes:
(a) Spending money;
(b) Food and drinks at the accommodation;
(c) Additional hotel expenses (e.g. Mini bar, room service, or additional nights);
(d) Expense for additional food and drinks;
(e) Tax or personal expenses;
(f) Travel insurance and travel expenses;
(g) Visa and travel documents;
(h) Other activities and any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and any costs that are incidental to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
10. If for any reason the winner decides not to take up part of the Prize (e.g. flights or transfers) they must inform the Promotor as soon as possible in writing. Once the winner has confirmed this, they cannot change their mind or request reinstatement of that part of the Prize. Unused elements of the Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternative. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to ensure that they have valid travel documents including passport with sufficient validity, visas and any other documents required for international travel. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to the winner’s failure to meet these requirements, or if the winner cannot participate due to incorrect, missing, or expired travel documents, or any other circumstances preventing participation.
11. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and any costs that are incidental to the prize are the responsibility of the winner. There is no cash alternative, and the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. BAT reserves the right to replace any part or all of the Prize (including accommodation, where applicable) or all of the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond BAT’s control makes it necessary to do so.
12. Entries for the Promotion must be received no later than 23:45 on 13th February 2026. Entries made outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted. The winner of the Promotion will be the first entry selected at random from all valid entrants received by 23:45 on 13th February 2026. The draw will be made from all valid entries at random via a computer programme producing a verifiably random draw.
13. The winner will be announced at the Event on 14th February 2026 at 00:00. If the winner is not present at the event at the time of the live prize draw another winner will be drawn in accordance with the process outlined in paragraph 12.
14. In order to redeem the Prize the winner will need be present at the Event at the time of the live prize draw and provide a valid email address and contact number where they can be contacted to confirm the prize and arrange travel along with confirmation that they are over 18, and that they are an existing nicotine user. The winner will be allowed 72 hours from the time the message is sent to respond and provide the requested information. Please check your email including spam folder carefully to ensure that you do not miss a message from info.gb@velo.com.
15. If the winner does not provide all the required information to BAT within 72 hours of notification, then the winner shall forfeit their Prize and BAT shall be entitled to award the Prize to an alternative winner in accordance with the process described in paragraphs 12 above. The alternative winner will be contacted via Instagram DM to confirm acceptance of the prize, arrange travel and provide confirmation they are an 18+ existing nicotine user. The winner will be allowed 72 hours from the time the message is sent to respond and provide the requested information. Please check your email including spam folder carefully to ensure that you do not miss a message from velo.unitedkingdom Instagram.
16. BAT reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a significant risk that the entrant may bring the BAT or any other British American Tobacco plc group company brand into disrepute.
17. BAT reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend each Prize Draw or the Promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so. BAT shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
18. No responsibility will be accepted by BAT for incomplete, invalid or illegible entries and these will be declared void in the sole discretion of BAT.
19. The Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored, or associated with any of the brands or companies related to the Prizes.
20. BAT will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion or in a winner using or enjoying a Prize. If using a computer or any other device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant, the entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before entering.
21. BAT does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted access to the VELO ecommerce page. It is possible that numerous factors outside the control of BAT may interfere with the operation of the platform. No responsibility will be accepted for any technical or other difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
22. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
23. Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed for the purposes of implementing this Promotion as set out in https://www.velo.com/gb/en/privacy-policy. Please also see paragraph 26 in relation to BAT’s obligations with regards to the announcement of winners.
24. Any enquiries about personal information held by BAT, including any request for deletion of personal data, may be made by contacting info.gb@velo.com to obtain the contact name and address to which to send an envelope marked "Data Protection Request".
25. BAT must either make available information that indicates that a valid award under this Promotion took place and so BAT will send the surname and county of all of the winners of this Promotion to anyone who contacts BAT using the details in paragraph 23 requesting such information within one month of the date of the Prize Draw.
26. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being made available, please contact BAT via info.gb@velo.com . In such circumstances though BAT must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
27. These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
