VELO X TOMORROWLAND WINTER SOCIAL MEDIA PRIZE DRAW 2026 - Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the VELO X TOMORROWLAND WINTER SOCIAL MEDIA PRIZE DRAW 2025 (the “Promotion”) (the “Terms”).
- The Promoter of this Promotion is British American Tobacco (UK) Limited, Building 7, Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YG (“BAT”). By entering this Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
- The Promotion is only open to entries from UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) who are aged 18 and over.
- The following are not eligible to participate:
(a) employees of BAT or of any British American Tobacco plc group company; or
(b) employees or any other persons involved or assisting with this Prize Draw or otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration (including but not limited to, any person responsible for redemption of prizes or for supplying prizes for the Promotion).
- The Promotion for the Tomorrowland Winter Social Media Prize Draw 2026 (the “Prize Draw”) opens at 16:00 on 2nd February 2026 and closes at 00:00 on 17th February 2026 (the “Prize Draw Period”). There will be one (1) prize draw which will take place on 17th February 2026 and one (2) winners will be selected in accordance with the process described in paragraph 13.
- Entries to the Prize Draw can only be made directly through the @VELO.UnitedKingdom Instagram profile.
- To enter the VELO Tomorrowland Winter Experience Prize Draw, entrants must like the competition post, Tag a friend in the comments and must be following @VELO.UnitedKingdom by the end of the Prize Draw Period to be entered into the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw is limited to one (1) entry per person and no purchase is necessary. For avoidance of doubt, multiple comments will only result in one entry to the Prize Draw.
- BAT reserves the right to validate any claim and may ask for proof of identity and/or age at any point. BAT accepts no liability for any delays to or prevention of an entrant from participating in the Promotion by exercising its right to validate the identity and/or address and/or age of an entrant.
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering a relevant Prize Draw. Entries made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified. BAT is not responsible for changes in entrants' details . This includes: Instagram handle, email address, phone number after entering a Prize Draw.
- There will be one (1) prize which includes 2 tickets for Tomorrowland Winter 2026 (the “Prize”).
10.1 The Prize includes:
(a) A 4 night stay (double room) at the Grandes Rousses, Alpe D-Huez; Arriving on the 24th March and leaving on the 28th March 2026.
(b) Two (2) General Admission tickets granting 3-day access to Tomorrowland Winter 2026 on 25th March to 27th March 2026
(c) Transfer to and from Grenoble Airport OR Lyon Airport.
(d) Return flights from any UK airport to Grenoble OR Lyon.
10.2 The Prize excludes:
(a) Spending money;
(b) Expense for food and drink;
(c) Tax or personal expenses; and
(d) Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and any costs that are incidental to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- There is no cash alternative and the Prize are not transferable or exchangeable. BAT reserves the right to replace any or all of the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond BAT control makes it necessary to do so.
- Entries must be received by BAT by no later than 00:00 on 17th February 2026. Entries made outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted.
- The winner for the Prize Draw will be the first entry selected at random from all valid entrants received by 00:00 on 17th February 2026. The draw will be made from all valid entries at random via a computer programme producing a verifiably random draw.
- In order to redeem the Prize the winner will need to respond to the direct message sent by BAT and provide a valid delivery address to which their Prize can be sent. The winner will be allowed 72 hours from the day the direct message is sent to respond and provide the requested information. The Prize will be sent via standard delivery and will be your responsibility once it has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.
- If the winner does not provide the required information to BAT within 72 hours of notification, then the winner shall forfeit their Prize and BAT shall be entitled to award the Prize to an alternative winner in accordance with the process described in paragraphs 13 and 14 above.
- BAT reserves the right to review, edit, alter or remove any entry in its sole discretion, which does not comply with these Terms or which it reasonably believes does not comply with these Terms.
- BAT reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or if, in its reasonable opinion, it considers that there is a significant risk that the entrant may bring the BAT or any other British American Tobacco plc group company brand into disrepute.
- BAT reserves the right to amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw or the Promotion if, in its absolute discretion, it considers it necessary to do so. BAT shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
- No responsibility will be accepted by BAT for incomplete, invalid or illegible entries and these will be declared void in the sole discretion of BAT.
- The Promotion is not endorsed, sponsored, or associated with any of the brands or companies related to the Prizes.
- BAT will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection or other charges incurred in entering the Prize Draw or in a winner using or enjoying a Prize. If using a computer or any other device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant, the entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before entering.
- BAT does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted access to the VELO Instagram page. It is possible that numerous factors outside the control of BAT may interfere with the operation of the platform. No responsibility will be accepted for any technical or other difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this Promotion will only be processed for the purposes of implementing this Promotion as set out in https://www.velo.com/gb/en/privacy-policy. Please also see paragraph 25 in relation to BAT’s obligations with regards to the announcement of winners.
- Any enquiries about personal information held by BAT, including any request for deletion of personal data, may be made by contacting Velocompetitions@bat.com to obtain the contact name and address to which to send an envelope marked "Data Protection Request".
- BAT must either make available information that indicates that a valid award under this Promotion took place and so BAT will send the surname and county of the winner of this Promotion to anyone who contacts BAT using the details in paragraph 25 requesting such information within one month of the date of the Prize Draw.
- If you object to any or all of your surname or county being made available, please contact BAT via Velocompetitions@bat.com. In such circumstances though BAT must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
- These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
