TERMS OF COMPETITION "VELO | Tomorrowland Belgium 2025”

 

The company British American Tobacco HELLAS S.A., having its registered office at 27 Agiou Thoma street, Maroussi, Attica, (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), organizes the competition "VELO | Tomorrowland Belgium 2025" (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition") in the context of the promotion of the Organizer's products.

By participating in the competition, all participants fully and without any reservation accept the following terms:

  1. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE - CONDITIONS

Eligible to participate in the Competition are smokers who have reached the age of 18, are residents of Greece and have legal capacity. Employees of the companies British American Tobacco Hellas S.A. and Flying Pot and their associates as well as their spouses and relatives of the first and second degree are not eligible to participate.

In the event that a person who is not eligible to participate, participates in the Competition and is one of the lucky winners of the prize, his/her participation will be cancelled, the relevant right will be deprived, and the corresponding prize will not be granted.

  1. DURATION

2.1 The Competition starts on Friday 30 May 2025 (hereinafter referred to as  the "Start of the Competition") and ends on Sunday 22 June 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the  "End of the Competition").

 Monday, June 23, 2025, is set as the date of the draw for the winner of the  contest prize.

2.2 Entries submitted within the above time limits of the competition are considered valid and after the expiry date of the above competition, no entries will be accepted.

2.3. The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, limit or extend the duration of the Competition, by amending these terms.

  1. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

The way to participate in the Competition is as follows:

In order to take part in the Competition, participants must fill in their details (name, surname, contact phone number and email address) in the participation form located in the Competition section of the Website https://www.velo.com/el-gr/tomorrowland-belgium as well as accept these terms. The above contact details to be filled in by the participants must be valid,  while each entry must correspond to one (1) unique and valid telephone number. In addition, participants, before submitting their participation form, should choose the method of communication they wish by filling in the corresponding field.

All entries will be collected and on the specified date mentioned above the draw will take place in order to appoint the winner of the prize.

In order to be considered valid for participation in the Competition, the winner must have valid travel documents.

  1. PRIZES

4.1. The prize, which will be won by one (1) lucky winner, who will have the opportunity to take with them another adult of their choice, is a trip for two (2) people to the Tomorrowland Belgium 2025 event, which will take place in the city of Boom, Belgium from July 17, 2025 to July 21, 2025. July 17, 2025, is set as the day of departure and July 21, 2025 as the day of return from the trip.

Specifically, the gift includes:

- air tickets for two (2) people (the winner and one more adult person whom he/she will nominate) from Athens to Brussels (on 17/07/2025) and from Brussels to Athens (on 21/07/2025).

- their transfer from Brussels airport to the DreamVille camping area where the festival is hosted (on 17/07/2024) and vice versa on the day of their return to Athens (on 21/07/2024),

- four (4) nights in a luxury tent (Cabana) at the DreamVille venue where the festival takes place as well as

- tickets (passes) for two (2) people for their entry to the Tomorrowland Summer festival from July 18, 2025 to July 20, 2025.

It is noted that any expenses, apart from the above, are not covered by the Organizer.

Participants will win the prize following a draw that will be held at the Organizer's offices on Monday, June 23, 2025.

The winner will be announced on June 25, 2025 via a relevant post on the Competition page at https://www.velo.com/el-gr/tomorrowland-belgium.

4.2. The prize is completely personal, non-transferable and the winner of the Contest does not have the right to exchange it for money or other replaceable items.

  1. HOW TO DETERMINE THE WINNER OF THE COMPETITION

During the draw, on the day and time specified above, one (1) lucky winner and five (5) runners-up will be selected. On the same day (18/06/2025) the Organizer through the advertising company Flying Pot will inform the winner based on the contact details he has provided. In the event that it is not possible to contact the winner and confirm the travel documents of both the winner and his/her adult companion by 16:00 p.m. of the day following the draw, i.e. June 19, 2025 and he/she does not contact the Organizer within the above time period (including force majeure and fortuitous events),  or in the event that at any point in time he/she is deemed not to have valid participation, or does not confirm that he/she has valid travel documents, this person definitively loses his/her right to claim the prize of the Competition. The prize is then awarded to the next runner-up, in the order of their emergence from the draw, who will be able to take with them another adult person of their choice, provided that they also have valid travel documents. The contact with the runner-up takes place on the same day after the definitive loss of the right to acquire the prize by a successful winner.

After the first confirmation with the winner, the Organizer will contact the winner again on Wednesday 9 July 2025 in order to make the final confirmation that this person is going to travel. In the event that it is not possible to contact him by 12 noon (12:00 p.m.) of the next day, i.e. July 10, 2025, the Organizer will be able to cancel his tickets and give the prize to the next runner-up.

If none of the runners-up can be found or in case it is concluded that their participation was not valid, etc., the Organizer has the right to cancel the prize or make it available at its absolute discretion to the next runner-up, etc.

It is noted that the winner will be announced on June 20, 2025 via a relevant post on the Competition page on https://www.velo.com/el-gr/tomorrowland-belgium.

"Valid participation" according to the above, means any participation in the Competition for which the following apply cumulatively:

(a) has been formulated in accordance with these terms posted on the Websites and is not contrary to the applicable legislation, morality and public order;

(b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Article 3;

(c) does not constitute, at the discretion of the Organizer, the participation itself is the product of illegal technical influence on the Organizer's systems or, in general, of fraud or unfair interference of the participant or a third party, and

(d) has been submitted and registered in the Organizer's systems, within the specified period of time.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GIFT

The winner, after informing that he/she accepts the prize, will receive an update asking for his/her identification details. The receipt of the prize by the winner will take place after consultation with the company.

  1. PERSONAL DATA – DECLARATION OF CONSENT

Lawful grounds for processing your personal data include:

(a) taking pre-contractual measures at your request in order to participate in the tender.

(b) the performance of a contract regarding the nomination of the winner and the receipt of the relevant prize. In particular, the privacy policy and the terms of use set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) can be found here.

  1. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms, shorten or extend the duration of the contest or to revoke it by prior notice by any appropriate means.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS - CONSENT

9.1 Participation in the Competition presupposes and implies the unconditional acceptance of all the terms herein.

9.2 Participation in the Competition may be subject to changes or interruptions that are completely dependent on the capabilities of the existing technology on which the action is based and which are beyond the control and responsibility of the Organizer, which is not responsible for all of the above reasons.

  1. CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

The winner, at any stage, can be cancelled for the following reasons:

(a) in the event that, for any reason, he/she does not fully accept these terms in their entirety, all of which are considered to be material;

(b) in case his/her participation does not meet any of the conditions herein,

(c) in case for any reason, the attempt to contact the winner for the use of the prize is fruitless.

(d) in the event that at any stage of the Competition, including the receipt of the prizes, the winner does not wish to accept his prize or refuses to sign a certificate of acceptance or refuses to provide proof of his identity, such as public documents (e.g. ID card, passport, driver's license), or does not accept, for any reason, these Terms in full;  which are all considered to be essential, the participation of that person is cancelled and that person definitively loses his right to the gift.

(e) the Organizer reserves the right to cancel participations resulting in the interested parties not participating in the competition, in case their data are incomplete, offend the image of the organizer or the good morals and customs, public shame, etc.

In any case of cancellation of the winner's participation, the right to the prize is acquired by the next runner-up.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZER

The Organizer is not responsible in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any participant from the system of registration of participations in the Competition and the emergence of the winner. In any case, the liability of the Organizer shall be limited to acts or omissions due to fraud or gross negligence and in no case shall it extend to accidental events or events of force majeure. The Organizer shall not be liable to the winner and participants in the event that due to force majeure it is unable to comply with its obligations arising from these terms. The Organizer will not be responsible for any delays, changes.

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or conducted by, or affiliated with, Instagram in any way, and Instagram is not responsible for any claim or claim of any entrant or any third party arising out of or in connection with this Contest.
